The round of the 15 peaks begins below Aber Falls from where we climb to our first peak, Foel Fras at 3090ft. We then follow the ridge over Garnedd Uchaf (3038ft.) and Foel Grach (3202ft.), to Carnedd Llewelyn at 3491ft. Here a detour is required to take in Yr Elen (3156ft.) before returning to the ridge and heading to Carnedd Dafydd at 3425ft. The last peak on today's schedule is Pen yr Ole Wen (3209ft.) from where a steep descent brings us into the Ogwen Valley.

The second day of the round begins where we left off beside Lynn Ogwen. The first peak today is Tryfan. This peak just about makes the grade in terms of altitude being a mere 3002ft., but gives one of the best ascents in the region. From the summit we tackle the Bristly Ridge requiring some easy scrambling to connect with Glyder Fach (3261ft.). An excellent broad ridge takes us now to Glyder Fawr (3277ft.) and then on to Y Garn at 3107ft. The final summit today is the outlier Elidir Fawr (3028ft.) from where we descend to Nant Peris.

The final day of the round of the 15 peaks is easier and shorter than the first two, though it reaches the highest point in Wales and gives arguably the most spectacular route in the country from Crib Goch (3028ft.) along the 'Crib Goch - Crib y Ddysgl ridge to our penultimate peak, Garnedd Ugain at 3494ft. We complete the round of the fifteen 3000 foot peaks of Wales on the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) at 3560ft.

Itinerary (6 day tour)

Day 1. Complimentary single timed pick up at Manchester Airport. Drive (2 hours) to Beddgelert in Snowdonia. After lunch we will have an easy afternoon walk.

Day 2. Today we will get up into the hills climbing one of the sub 3000 foot peaks. As well as giving us the opportunity to warm up and stretch the legs this will provide us with extensive views (weather permitting) over our next three days' objectives and also to the dramatic coastline of North Wales.

Day 3. We start the round of all of Wales' three thousand foot peaks with a fine long ridge walk. Beginning at Aber Falls and ending in the Ogwen Valley, today's walk includes a traverse of the Carneddau and seven 3,000 plus feet peaks.
Distance 12.6 miles, total ascent 4975ft., total descent 4671ft., time 7 - 9 hours.

Day 4. From Ogwen we climb Tryfan and connect via the Bristly Ridge to the Glyders. Y Garn and the outlier Elidir Fawr take today's total of 3000ft. peaks to 5 before we drop down to Nant Peris to meet our tour bus..
Distance 9.5 miles, ascent 4645ft., descent 5325ft., time 6 - 8 hours.

Day 5. The final three peaks. We complete the round with an ascent of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) by its finest route, taking in the final two peaks of the 15 on the way. The magnificent airy traverse of the Crib Goch - Crib y Ddysgal ridge is a highlight of the trip. From the summit we have a variety of descent routes to choose from.
Distance 6.5 miles, ascent 2810ft., descent 2546ft., time 5 - 7 hours.

Day 6. After breakfast we have a complimentary transfer to Manchester Airport.
